Reducing a limit is instant, but increasing one takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. The minimum deposit at 77db is ৳100.
Activating a time-out
If you need a temporary break, choose the time-out option from your account settings. You can set any duration from 24 hours, 7 days, or 6 weeks.
You will not be able to log in during the time-out. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the period ends. If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion.
Applying for self-exclusion
If gaming has become a serious problem, self-exclusion is the most effective solution. Apply via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
Options are available for 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. No marketing messages will be sent during exclusion and account access will be completely blocked.
Protecting minors
